Hi, I'm Margot. After 35 years as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, dealing with everything from Code Blues to Code Karens, I thought I had seen it all. But diving into travel nursing opened my eyes to a new challenge: navigating the chaotic world of travel nurse recruitment. The idea of sifting through endless Facebook groups to figure out whether or not to take my next assignment was as appealing as a double shift on New Year's Eve.

This frustration sparked a conversation with my daughter, when she asked why couldn't we create something better? That's how Ask Margot was born.
